Responsible for detail design for Compressor Module, being done in New Delhi.Checking operability, safety, p & id's, interconnect piping.

Currently routing all OPEN/CLOSED SLOPED DRAIN PIPING.. for Drilling and Topsides, Hazardous and Non-hazardous.

I was responsible for major and minor piperacks. Working with the Process Engineers/p & id's to establish quantities and pipe sizes within these piperacks along with adding pipe supports(GLPS) and expansion loops with the guidance of Stress Engineers. Coordinated with module teams, outside of piperacks to more efficiently utilize restricted spacing and area requirements.

Exxon-Mobil (Hebron Project)....It will have production, capable of producing up to 150,000bpd and has a storage capacity of 1.2 million barrels of crude oil. I modeled the Generators/piping, Compressor/piping, all sloped deck drains, Firewater ring main/users, MDS supports. We used Navisworks as a design tool. We used several PDMS add on tools for quicker designing, such as, clipping volumes, search tools, Check CE and Clasher.

Murphy Oil Corporation (Thunder Hawk Project)....It will have production, capable of producing up to 60,000bpd and 70mmcfd/d of gas. I had modeled 80% of the equipment for the topsides. I modeled most systems, separation, flare, sloped drains and firewater systems…Built Primary and Secondary Egress. Coordinated with a team of PDMS Designers. I further helped the client, managers and engineers during the early design Model Review using Navisworks..PDMS Piping Designer (PetrobraS, Baleia Azul)....It will have production, capable of producing up to 100,000bpd and 2.5 mmcf/d of gas and has a storage capacity of 1.6 million barrels of oil. I modeled all the equipment on the Water Injection Module. We used Laser Scanning technology which was imported into PDMS and was able to accurately hook up to the existing tie in points. This minimized any offshore rework and field trips.

Mobil Producing Nigeria....One of the largest produces in Nigeria. This project consisted of multiple platforms off of the coast of Nigeria. We were responsible for removing the Flares and adding Pig Launcher/Receivers on several existing platforms. We used Laser Scanning technology that was imported into PDMS for accuracy and to minimize costly field trips.

Nigerian LNG Project. Coordinated with a team of PDMS designers located in Greensburg, London on an onshore LNG facility for Nigeria; worked in the same PDMS database model in two different countries simultaneously – which had never been attempted before and was successful. Increased productivity by adding pipes, pipe supports and clashing these items to maintain the integrity of the model in real time.

Kerr McGee (Nansen, Boomvang and Gunnison Projects). Modeled 80% of equipment for three separate Truss Spar structures and several piping systems to execute topsides design; helped the client, managers and engineers during the early design Model Review stages.

Managed a team of 12 PDMS piping designers responsible for the design and layout of a $200 million, Compliant Tower. The Facility set a water depth record of approximately 1800' in the Gulf of Mexico for a "fixed" structure. Completed project under budget and one week prior to deadline.

Modeled piping systems, pipe supports, cable tray, access platforms on Production Module which was set onto a Tension Leg Platform. Improved model review for the managers and engineers to critique a more complete design model facility set a water-depth record in the Gulf of Mexico ofapproximately 3000 ft. Coordinated 16 senior piping designers to produce manual fabrication drawings; retrieved the information needed for designers to execute their work such as current revisions on p & id's, pipe specifications, pipe support standards, vendor drawings etc. Checked mark-ups and revisions. This facility set a Gulf of Mexico water depth record of 2800 feet..
