CurrentI assist clients, particularly small businesses, in all matters pertaining to federal government contracting. I represent clients in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, in appeals before the Small Business Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals, in protests before the Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition, and in appeals before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. In addition to dispute resolution, I help clients with drafting and reviewing subcontracts, teaming agreements, joint venture agreements, mentor-protégé agreements, and other transactional documents relevant to contracting with the federal government. I also counsel clients on regulations governing federal government contractors, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation, SBA's size and affiliation regulations, labor regulations, and others.
