Management of Customer & Business readiness responsibilities to ensure all changes delivered in each monthly Digital Business release are ready for go live for the new strategic Commercial Banking platform. Programme designed to pilot new platform with Lloyds and Bank of Scotland (BoS) Commercial clients, including SME, Mid Markets, Global Corporates and Financial Institutions, prior to delivery of BAU services.Key Responsibilities:•Stakeholder Management – Ensure all stakeholders are engaged in & aware of scope for digital business releases and implementation events on the change schedule. Chair bi-weekly update calls to cover the scope of the change and answer any queries•Stakeholder communications – updates to business areas during each Business Release or change. Business Release communications prior to the release and defect & scope presentations to obtain sign offs•KDP's & sign off – Chair Key decision point meeting prior to each change to obtain a Go decision •Colleague Engagement – represent the customer & Business readiness team in a weekly meeting with other Digital business areas to discuss improvements to ways of working•Defect Management – ensure defects are managed to resolution for each Digital Business release, Track defects to closure or obtain sign off & ensure workarounds and communications are in place•Implementation Team contact point – Work with and be an escalation point for the Implementation Analysts to ensure all entry criteria is met for delivery•Senior Management deputy - Attend Digital Design Authority & all KDP's for change on behalf of Senior Customer & Business Readiness Management •Support Role for Customer & Business Readiness Managers – providing support to all managers within the team for process & delivery

Key Responsibilities •Manage the internal Digital Customer & Business Readiness copywriting team who support a portfolio of Digital Transformation initiatives in a specific product or change area •Ensure consistent communication and delivery of copy delivery within digital transformation•Manage relationship with key business stakeholders to plan and prioritise copy pipeline for Digital Transformation initiatives •Ensure and report compliance with Financial Promotions legislation •Manage team recruitment and development• Transfer of ownership of content and materials to BAU post deployment
•Galaxy Release 1: Migration of LTSB customers onto the new Galaxy platform, full retraining of all LTSB online helpdesk teams to support the new platform circa 250 FTE & post implementation support for the management of Digital defects / issues•Galaxy Release 3 & Release C: Migration of HBoS customers onto the defender LTSB platform. Manage impacts including training & customer impacts from the harmonisation of IB functionality and the creation of extra capacity at Release C weekend through bringing in and up skill 100 FTE of temps.•Verde: Responsible of impact assessing all customer communications as well as wider disruption into Telephone Banking from customers off the back of external influences like media reports.•Project Angel: Manage launch of a new helpline; including technical infrastructure, new process design and training of new 3rd party systems to support the launch of Cashback Extras / Everyday Offers propositions.
• Manage teams of consultants ranging from 6 – 10 across different shift patterns against set standards and targets• Ensuring all FSA regulations are maintained.• Support staff to deliver targets through coaching and development• Manage attendance• Train consultants on new skills, services and products• Liaise with different business units to ensure my department has the best tools at it disposal.
