I'm currently working with JDE Peets. In the last 3 years, I have implemented an HR Shared Service model, changed the payroll provision to save over £250,000 pa and becoming compliant with internal control. Deployed SuccessFactors and managed the relevant change e change programmes behind the roll out. Secured the funding for a full flexible benefit platform with an improved employer paid offering.I was instrumental in the closing of the defined benefit pension scheme and secured a double matched DC offering for all employees (top 10 percentile). With Danone, I headed up a team of 14 and was responsible for the delivery of 21 compliant payrolls across the UK and Ireland to cover locals, expatriates and our modified population.With this, responsibility covered HR administration, International Mobility (In, Out and commuter), Total Reward (from compensation, bench-marking, merit to a full on-line reward & benefits suite) and a fleet of 400 vehicles.The key milestones within the role include:2011 - led and delivered the outsourcing of 15 payrolls into 5 separate Danone businesses across 3 different locations in the UK.2012 - changed & consolidated pension providers to include cost savings that were passed directly to the employee to enhance the offering for up to 1,300 members of staff through double matching the pension offering to 12% ER contribution.2014 - won 2 industry awards for Employee Engagement with EB Magazine and WS&B.2014 - tendered and delivered efficiencies to a fleet of 440 company vehicles through provider consolidation and worked with the worldwide SSD team in delivering the Renault/Nissan alliance.2016 - delivered the incorporation of our 3 Irish businesses into the Danone shared business services for payroll and HR administration adding a further 6 payrolls.2018 - further deployment of the shared service payroll and admin model to 2 supply points in Ireland.Key skills include:Compensation & Benefit Alignment, Strategic Planning & Delivery, People Management, Project Management, Sales Training & Development, Presentation Techniques, Customer Relations Management, Supplier Relations Management, Budget Control & Procurement, Fleet Management.
