I am a patent-awarded and award-winning UX Principal with over 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and over 24 years of experience at the intersection of people and technology. Currently, I am the product manager for connected and automated vehicle AI platform solutions and lead the creation and promotion of many other Gen AI initiatives across SAE International, focusing on advanced vector search (RAG), functional AI assistants, agents, and cutting-edge automated solutions. My work involves creating AI-driven solutions to enhance user experiences, leveraging platforms like OpenAI, Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure to develop innovative and efficient systems that improve interactions and streamline processes.Before moving to Pittsburgh, I worked for the City of New York, managing the intranet and internet sites for NYC ACS, the largest municipal childcare agency in the country. I created the official brand for ACS and built and managed the agency's internet and intranet UI/UX. Additionally, I designed the brand and website for Joe Simon, the creator of Captain America.
