As Area Manager, I regularly engage with Store Managers to understand pain-points and recommend approaches to transform internal structures. My ability to mitigate risk, increase service quality and build customer / team confidence has resulted in significant wins. I’m a tech savvy individual who recognises the value of emerging technologies and their importance to drive retail excellence. I utilise various software and equipment to increase automation, noting advancements in AI and Machine Learning. In my spare time, I work on various passion projects. By bringing my concepts to life, I learn from mistakes made along the way and research opportunities to improve results.I’m a self-starter who enjoys meeting people and building meaningful relationships.
