• The Security Operations Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of public safety and Security for the Seminary community. Responsibilities:
• Supervise security officers, including scheduling daily activities, establishing post orders and reviewing daily tour and incident reports. Evaluate performance of officers, consistent with Seminary practices.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring of new security officers.
• Oversee the training of security officers.
• Review, investigate as appropriate and document reports of security incidents and crimes on campus. Compile incident report information for facilitating preparation of periodic reports in compliance with applicable.
• Assist with escorting any trespassers off of Seminary property, consistent with security protocol.

• Oversees all operations of the Department of Safety and Security to ensure a safe campus and security for all facilities.
• Ensures that all patrol personnel are properly selected, trained, scheduled and supervised; Oversees officer schedules; Provides supervisor training programs
• Supports the Safety Program by ensuring Safety and Security's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations/laws;
• Coordinates contract security service for the university; Facilitates regular meetings between campus offices and contract security; Oversees contract security training; Schedules all events that require contract.
• Directly supervises campus shuttle activites with contract secuirty
• Develops, plans, and supervises special events on campus; Attends all meetings for special events; Evaluates secuirty needs; Organizes and plans for internal or contract secuirty needs; Completes post orders for events

• Develop and manage an emergency call center, proprietary alarm monitoring center and access control system for the department of Safety and Security of a mid-sized university.
