During my tenure with this company I successfully implemented a school owned dial up solution to give students access to internal network resources. Another major improvement I was tasked with was the implementation of a Windows domain for each school site and then creating trust relationships for all of those domains so resources could be shared from one school's domain to each other. As well as migrating all accounting to Dynamics Accounting platform using SQL server as it's database.
