Responsibilities:Managed the second and third level support for Digital, VoIP telephony and Voicemail products for the nation-wide dealer network.Managed the testing and deployment of beta test subsystems. Provided feedback to Research and Development on beta test results and coordinated required updates.Provided technical departments with tools and documentation to perform their support tasks.Confirmed, documented and reported bugs or high-level problems to the Research and Development department. Managed the correction process and generated release documents.Designed, managed and maintained the technical reference information used by all departments (included a Software Matrix chart in Excel, a Weekly Quality Meeting notes in Word and a Problem Reporting (bug) database in Access).Managed the in-house network, which included an Exchange Server, File Server, Checkpoint Firewall, VPN routers, tape back up, RAS and client workstations.
