The Mission of TeamSmile is to provide children in need with a life-changing dental experience through the power of sports. In short, we work with teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS and more to host huge dental clinics in major stadiums and arenas throughout the country. We serve thousands of children annually, and provide over $2.8 million in free dental care and oral health education annually.Personally, I'm pleased that we've tripled our revenue within three years, and we've grown to serve 7,126 children in 2019 (from 3,915 in my first year as Executive Director in 2017). Through the TeamSmile model, we genuinely make a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of children throughout the country.

The Mission of Small College Basketball is to UNITE all people with a passion for small college basketball and to SERVE as ambassadors for the game. Small College Basketball serves a niche within college basketball, as we unite the NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, USCAA and NCCAA levels.Small College Basketball (SCB) was officially founded in the Fall of 2015. The organization is now in its fifth year of operation, and has served approximately 1,100 colleges and universities and has reached tens of thousands of people. Under the umbrella of Small College Basketball, we currently have the following entities: Hall of Fame, Hall of Fame Classic, four major national awards (Bevo Francis Award, Larry Smith Award, Lifetime Achievement Award and the Harry Statham Coach of Impact Award), Alumni Association, Celebration of the Game, National Awards Show, the most comprehensive website on the subject of college basketball at the small college levels and a vibrant and growing social media presence on Twitter, YouTube, the blog and Facebook.

The mission of Charlie's House is to prevent injuries to children in and around the home. During my tenure, we significantly increased the fulfillment of the mission (by many metrics) and more than doubled the dollars raised, annually.

Direct the longest-running collegiate national championship of any sport in this country. This is a special tournament with rich history where 32 teams come to one site to play for a national championship. All games are on one court at historic Municipal Auditorium in downtown Kansas City.

The Collegiate Basketball Invitational is a major national basketball event that gathers the finest 64 college seniors from NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and the NAIA to compete in front of professional basketball representatives, agents and the national media. At the conclusion of the event, the top 20 players are chosen for an All Star Game that is televised live on ESPNU.
