Upper East Tn., Southwest Virginia, And Kentucky

Responsible for management of the Kingsport and Morristown Locations. Duties including managing financials , logistics, and sales execution for both locations while providing leadership to a team of 5 supervisors. Responsible for direct supervision of all cooler and load out processes including management of cooler inventory. I have direct reporting and accountability to the Senior Leadership team in our corporate office within our division.

Upper East Tn / South West Virginia

Responsible for Sales execution and logistics for the Kingsport Facility which serves Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky with Dairy products. Responsibilities include daily supervision of routes, supervision, and branch load out team.

Tri-Cities Area

Responsible for training new employees with company goals for route sales to major customers. This includes milk and ice cream products. Develope plan to grow area and increase sales on each route. Control route returns and truck inventories. respnsible for logistics for setting routes up. Responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified employees for positions.

Bristol, Virginia

Responsible for daily and accurate inventories of milk and culture coolers. Duties included management of loadout team that loaded trailers with dairy and culture products for major accounts and customers. Making sure all loads were ready for scheduled time departure. Manage team that placed product in coolers. Worked with other department leaders on any issues needed daily. Ensure proper product rotation was being done for best possible code dates and shrinkage.
