As Team Coach I am responsible for developing and executing training plans meant to aid students in maximizing their competitive performances. As Team Director I am the primary support for two other team coaches as I help them address the needs of their teams. As a Rec. Coach I am responsible for teaching gymnastics to young children and documenting their progress. What I enjoy most about this position is the opportunity it gives me to provide children with a constructive experience that I know I benefited from as a kid.

As the manager of the Otay Ranch location I was responsible for customer service, staff management, scheduling, all account activity and sales. Looking back at my time with SD Gymnastics I am most proud of my ability to create a positive workplace for my co-workers while also growing enrollment numbers at a faster rate than the other two locations.

The OB Shuttle was a golf cart shuttle operating in Ocean Beach, which is a beach town in San Diego, CA. I started this business with my brother upon moving to San Diego in 2016. In just one year of business my brother and I were operating over 40 hours a week. In addition to driving for the shuttle, my responsibilities included social media, advertisement sales, community service outreach, and hiring. My time as owner and operator of the OB Shuttle enhanced my time management skills, and improved my ability to develop rapport with customers quickly.

iContact offers an online application that gives its customers the ability to create, send and track email marketing campaigns. As a Pre-Sales Executive my role was to educate potential clients on the value iContact can contribute to their business, and qualify leads for the executive sales team. During my time with iContact I am most proud of my ability to train new team members while still owning my quota.
