Roy Hill Iron Ore Project – Package 3 (Area D) – Underground Services and Utilities Scope of works consists of approx. 34 kms of trenching and installation of approx. 32 kms of HV cable, 55kms of underground conduit, 350 in-ground pits, 50 kms of earth cable and electrical equipment including switchrooms, data centres, kiosks and emergency generators. Rio Tinto Nammuldi Below Water Table (NBWT) Project– Stockyard and Train Loadout Facility The NBWT project was developed to increase the Nammuldi mine’s output capacity from 6 Mtpa to 16 Mtpa and incorporated new mine facilities, process facilities and other infrastructure. Responsible for the successful delivery of pre and post contract cost control services on a wide range of Commercial, Health, Educational, Infrastructure & Prison projects. Principal clients included the Department of Housing and Works (now the 'Department of Building Management and Works'), the Department of Corrective Services and the Public Transport Authority.

Site based Commercial Manager. Responsible for post contract cost control of the above project, comprising six high-rise residential towers and luxury villas, commercial and retail podium. Managed the remeasurement and change processes, reporting directly to the client, Emaar Properties.
