Overview of Duties:• Design and deliver training sessions to both the boys and girls academy U19 teams• Prepare the boys team for fixtures, transporting the team and coaching them during the game• Ensure that equipment, facilities, and venues are available and of suitable playing condition• Liaise with external parties and act as the first point of contact for all academy enquiries • Contribute to the design and organise the purchasing of all kits• Act as a member of the selecting panel for the EFCA national team• Deliver coaching sessions to students from local secondary schools, promoting the institute• Coach students on behalf of the School Sports Partnerships who have been identified as gifted players• Conduct promotional work on behalf of the institute and carry out fund raising eventsKey Achievements:• The boys team won the 2009/10 National Premier Division and 2007/08 National Cup• The girls team won the 2011/12 league title• The boys team were league runners up in 2008/09 & 2012/13• Between 2010 and 2013, 10 male players have played for the English colleges national team• 4 male players have had trials with Championship teams• 4 have signed pro contracts with Grimsby Town• 3 female players were called up to the English colleges national team between 2011 and 2013• 2 players have signed contracts for women’s teams Lincoln Ladies and Doncaster Belles

Overview of Duties:• Assist the first team manager with all football operations both on and off the pitch• Contribute to team selection, match analysis, warm ups, and team talks on match day• Lead coaching sessions in coordination with the first team manager and other coaches• Work individually with players to improve specific aspects of their overall game• Act as an intermediary between the manager and players/backroom staff in preparation for matches• Conduct scouting trips of both up-coming opponents and transfer targets• Maintain constant contact with the club’s youth structure• Uphold the public image of the club in all relations with the local community and media
