I am a UEFA A licenced senior football coach and former professional player with over 25 years' experience in the game. I played for Grimsby Town for 21 years playing 754 games and received the PFA Merit Award when I retired for my years of service to the club and game in general.Since hanging up my boots I have made the successful transition into coaching and management, and I have been the Assistant Manager at Harrogate Town taking them to semi finalists in the playoffs and also reaching the FA Cup proper 2nd Round. Director of football at Cleethorpes Town Fc guiding them to the FA Vase Wembley Final . Then Manager at Alfreton Town Fc . I went As an Academy coach at Scunthorpe Utd F.C and also the Football Academy Head Coach at the Grimsby Institute of Further Education. I have my own business running a soccer school HumberHotshots Pro Coaching for local youngsters . I amCurrently director of football at Ackworth school football Acadmey which is linked to Harrogate town fc I was at Boston Utd Helping the team reaching the National play off finals 2020/21 season and reaching the FA Cup 2nd round taking Div 1 side Rochdale to a replay then assistant manager at Buxton fc making the playoffs in 2023 . These positions have given me not only a vital insight into how to manage, coach, and develop players from youth to senior level, but a great foundation from which to build my knowledge and progress my career.
