Delivery of comprehensive support to airline customers 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Troubleshooting and resolving engine operational discrepancies, engine control faults and cockpit squawks. Training of airline Powerplant engineering, line maintenance and other functional groups. Interfacing with the customer at all levels on any emerging technical issues. Communicating with Commercial and Aftermarket departments at all levels regarding engine operation and reliability, customer status, and emerging issues.

- To create and maintain documentation required to overhaul aircraft engines and their modules. Includes but not limited to Engine Work scope, Engine Maintenance Program, Engine Work package and Work Instructions. - To work within the customer teams to create added value to the customer, meet customer commitments and requirements, be the technical contact for questions and support and be proactive with team improvements. - Shop floor and production support and hence to try and solve technical problems in connection with engine overhaul. - Communicate technical issues and experience with the OEM and customers. - Evaluate procedures to analyze and improve the overhaul of aircraft engines in accordance with guidelines given by the FAA and EASA. - Produce necessary follow up documents to communicate the engine condition and engineering conclusions of an engine or module shop visit. - To asses new technical data from the engine manufacturer, airworthiness authorities and follow up with necessary documentation. - Perform work in compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements, attend quality related training, and at all time comply with the company quality policy. - Perform work in compliance with all applicable EH&S requirements, attend EH&S training, use prescribed personal protective equipment, exercise caution and otherwise contribute to preventing injury and illness.
