Executive Vice President Of Operations
CurrentResponsible for all aspects of Operations for a Semiconductor Test Equipment Manufacturer. This includes: Production, Materials, IT, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Internal Machine Shop.Responsible for setting goals and budgets, staffing, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining budgets for each of these areas.Recently lead the implementation of a new ERP Software system to redefine all internal processes, streamline the flow of information, and generate more meaningful profit and loss information.Operations Manager responsible for the production of Burn-In and Test Chambers. Manage production forecasts and mentor all staff directly responsible for meeting production goals. Lead continuous process improvement efforts to improve quality, decrease production times, and improve work flow. Procure and/or develop machinery, tooling, and fixturing as needed to improve productivity. Create metrics to quantitatively measure performance and illuminate improvement opportunities.Engineering Manager responsible for the mechanical and power design of large test chambers which include sheetmetal, machining, injection molding, extrusions, pneumatics, power design, and PLC controls. Responsible for Solidworks, P-Cad, Cadence, and Flo-Works design software. Responsible for all documentation creation and maintenance; including ECO and FCO processing. Procure and maintain all agency certifications and approvals, including SEMI, UL, and CE. Responsible for all manufacturing engineering functions including production floor support, design for manufacturing improvements, custom tooling design, and assembly procedure creation.Responsible for all facility functions and safety compliance. Lead the facility manager to maintain and continuously improve the facility. Maintain all certifications and regulatory compliances including OSHA and EPA.
