CurrentTechnology Executive with 30+ years’ experience for the largest Credit Union (Financial Services) in Texas and top ten in the US with responsibilities for three distinct areas; Voice & Data communications, Infrastructure and End User support. Specifically, SSFCU utilizes Avaya voice communications to include an ACD & IVR in support of a 24/7/365 call center. The data network employs Cisco technology for the WAN and core infrastructure (Nexus). The server environment is a mix of physical and virtual servers (VMWare) that consists of HW (HP & Sun) & OS (MS & Linux) environments of over 1,000 servers with the use of EMC and NetApp storage. End user support is provided for our over 1700 employees at 70 locations covering three states.
