As Head of Building Services I work closely with our Pre-Construction teams, the Osborne Construction Project Teams and our Aftercare Teams to deliver and maintain our Projects. Equally as important is the working relationships with our Supply Chain and Customers. These are the key headings when describing my role and what I do but there’s so much more. Working in partnership with our supply chain, embracing the new talent entering into this amazing industry. Ensuring we engage with all those we work with. Promote integrity, provide empathy and truly support all those who need that extra support. I’m lucky enough to work across multiple Projects across London and the Home Counties providing Mechanical and Electrical support to the dedicated Osborne Teams. I’m immensely proud on how our staff demonstrate quality in their work and most importantly how they ensure health and safety is the greatest of importance. We shall see more accolades of the highest order over the coming months across our Projects.

Battersea Power Station, Midland Metropolitan Hospital, Southmead Hospital.

Battersea Power Station - Phase 1, Project Infrastructure and the delivery of 875 Apartments. The Midland Metropolitan Hospital (Smethwick). This Project was in the ‘Design & Procurement stage’ when Carillion went into liquidation. Southmead Hospital (Bristol), Phase 3, New critical wards and external infrastructure works.
