As Head of Building Services I work closely with our Pre-Construction teams, the Osborne Construction Project Teams and our Aftercare Teams to deliver and maintain our Projects. Equally as important is the working relationships with our Supply Chain and Customers. These are the key headings when describing my role and what I do but there’s so much more..

Battersea Power Station, Midland Metropolitan Hospital, Southmead Hospital.

Battersea Power Station - Phase 1, Project Infrastructure and the delivery of 875 Apartments. The Midland Metropolitan Hospital (Smethwick). This Project was in the ‘Design & Procurement stage’ when Carillion went into liquidation. Southmead Hospital (Bristol), Phase 3, New critical wards and external infrastructure works.
