Working with ISG Construction as a Project Director on a 3 year cradle to grave circa 40 million pound new build full cycle post shell and core Cat A & Cat B fit out ground up high end student accommodation project in Liverpool city centre, accountable for full P&L, cost controls, labour management, client liason. Managing a team of 4 on site Project managers, 4 package managers and 6 site managers as well as sub contractor management. Also Account Manager for projects across our government (DWP) NEC 4 contract framework. I also have extensive experience managing various modular projects for Network Rail, Asda 10-year refresh projects on our retail construction framework, as well as managing 6 other projects over 3 different commercial accounts which include installing medical clean rooms, wards and new Data centres for clients such as the NHS & TSK in Leeds.
