1. General administrative assistance in ‘the field’ to the New Deal Business Adviser2. Specifically – i) ensuring that all documentation is present and easily accessible in client files in readiness for the client interviewii) ensuring that relevant parts of each client form, e.g. ND13 TE1, Timesheets, etc., are completed and ready for signature by the adviser and clientiii) all required photo-copying of Business Plans, Cash Flow Forecasts, etc. and any faxing or e-mailing, e.g. Business Plan templates to clients, SL2s to the office, whilst at the interviewiv) relevant IT work, e.g. saving client files to CD, input for Cash Flow Forecasts and Business Plans, etc.v) monitor administrative processes and recommend improvements where these may increase efficiencyvi) obtaining and recording appointment dates online in the adviser’s Outlook calendar whilst at client interviews to obviate the need to call the office during a client interviewvii) complete relevant paperwork during the interview in order for the adviser to spend more quality time with the clientviii) dealing with incoming phone calls whilst adviser is working with clientsix) on completion of client interview, collate all documentation in an orderly fashion ready to return to Head Officex) meeting and greeting clients when scheduled appointments overrun so that the clients do not feel that they are kept waiting unnecessarilyxi) answer mobile phone calls from Head Office or clients when adviser is unable to do so, e.g. whilst drivingxii) monitor car parking ticket expiry times and purchase further tickets as necessary and collate parking ticket receipts for Head Office accounts3. Any other administrative duties as required from time to time as requested by the adviser
