As part of a two man project team was responsible for the re-development of an existing 18 acre site into a state of the art manufacturing, distribution and head office facility designed to produce cosmetic/household aerosol products. A key member of the Operations Management team working closely with the Production and HSE Manager to ensure the facility is fit for purpose, energy efficient and equipment is installed in accordance with design plans and the site safety report.Managed CAPEX and revenue projects in line with business requirements.Successful implementation of the 'Pirana' computerised maintenance management system.Implemented Planned Maintenance Schedules for internal and statutory maintenance requirements.Developed and implemented identification system for safety critical equipment.Managed a team of site Engineers who carry out planned maintenance and repairs as required on Production Lines and Plant/Equipment.Key member of the on-site Emergency Response Team. Manage contractors.Identification and selection of competent contractors/working partnerships for fire and site security provisions.Working closely with the site Health and Safety Manager to ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring safety for all visitors, contractors and employees.Maintenance of the external and internal building fabric including car parks and landscaping.

Responsible to the MoD for strict quality assurance and ensuring value for money on an international multi billion pound IT infrastructure project. Duties include:• Providing a liaison between the contractor (Atlas) and the customer (MOD)• Ensuring that inputs/outputs for project stages are achieved on time• Reporting to the Regional Estate Manager (EM) on all project delivery issues.• Acting on behalf of the EM as required.• Attending various meetings as required including Final Design Reviews, Decision Points and Pre-construction.• Reviewing installation drawings to ensure correctness and comparing with Passive and Active Bills of Material to ensure value for money.• Obtaining financial approval for different project elements.• Chairing meetings as required.• Carrying out regular site visits to ensure processes and quality are being adhered to.• Maintaining migration schedules/plans, collation and tracking of actions, controlling change and risks/issue registers.
