Hebrew Hospital Home is a provider of health care services, which includes a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA), Managed Long Term Care Program (MLTCP), Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), Nursing Home, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), and an Adult Day Care Program.
