-Perform heavy check maintenance on commercial aircraft to include; Boeing 717/737/747/757/767/777, Airbus 320/330/340, MD 88/90.-Communicate with supervisors on matters relating to work being accomplished on assigned aircraft. -Analyze and review all required paperwork and aircraft logbooks is satisfactorily completed and signed and complies with all existing FAA and company regulations and procedures. -Monitor and report to supervisors the work of personnel under responsibility for proper work performance, productivity, quality and personnel safety. -Consult with supervisors as requested in reviewing personnel for job qualifications and status and for maximizing manpower. -Promote on the job training for personnel. -Utilize A&P OJT training program with completion over a 30 month period.-Successfully lead team to organize, execute and manage 4 separate STC prototype aircraft to include two B737-800, one B757-200 and one B777.-Coordinate personnel of all skills on numerous aircraft modifications to include, but not limited to, Panasonic eFX In-Flight Entertainment, GoGo Satellite WiFi, Nitrogen Generation System, LED Cabin Lighting and Medical Communications.-Establish and maintain airline customer relations (such as Delta Air Lines, La Compagnie, Southwest, United, Virgin Austraila and Sun Country).

Combat Deployment in support of OIF 2009- Analyzed, managed and repaired as required aircraft electronic systems.- Served as the subject matter expert for immediate resolution of avionic technical issues to keep 100% of the flight objectives assigned to the unit. - Managed over 30 employees in development and training on over 40 avionic systems.- Developed and implemented methods or procedures to improve maintenance efficiency, enhance safety, and apply risk management principles.- First-line supervisor of the department to effectively reduce the workload from 45 work orders to 15 in 1 week by employment of manpower and material assets.- Mentored and guided over 200 Marines in various technical, administrative and leadership positions.- Earned 5 Expert Marksman Awards in both small arms and assault weapons.- Tactical expertise in self-defense and hand-to-hand combat from Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) achieving the level of Black Belt 1st Degree.- Certified as a Suicide Prevention Instructor Trainer.- Trained in Urban Warfare while progressing in military career.- Volunteered over 9,000 hours to different Non-Profit Organizations and the local communities over a 7 year period.
