John graduated from the New Brunswick Institute of Technology in 1965 with a Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology and from UNB in 1972 with a BSc. in Electrical Engineering with power and control options.John worked for several engineering firms before starting his own practice in 1983. In 1995, John was one or the original partners in the start-up of a manufacturing company, The Panel Shop Inc. (TPS) which he currently still operates as it's President and Sr Electrical Engineer. The Panel Shop Inc, located at 1925 Hanwell Road in Hanwell (Fredericton), NB.
