• Provided the final equipment specification, process design, complete process operation, control narrative, and customer presentation of awarded projects for custom water treatment applications of Vertical Pressure Filter (VPF), Gravity Filter, Reverse Osmosis, and chemical dosing skids.

• Led, managed, and spearheaded the water treatment improvement and application improvement projects with respect to the Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Cooling Tower, and Boiler unit operations. • Increased UF Filtrate water max production by 23% with modifications to backwash flow rate, backwash frequency, filtration flow rates, strainer cleaning schedule, and CIP procedures to fit the existing infrastructure. • Reduced the UF CIP chemical usage by 70% resulting in $96k savings per year by targeting constituents in the raw water with modified mini and full CIP procedures. • Eliminated the need for 150 GPM of treated city water to the cooling towers and reduced the overall water usage by 15% from 2021 summer.

• Designed, specified, and led the project team on 100% fully custom Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems, including all chemical and ancillary equipment producing 1+ Million Gallons Per Day (MGD) for municipal and industrial water applications.• Applied iterative methods between projection software for three (3) membrane/module manufacturers, anti-scalant and max recovery calculations, water ion balancing, and control valve min/max positions to determine system operating limits and skid designs.• Generated the operation and maintenance (O&M) costs for all pumps, chemicals, filters, consumables, and provided the expected water quality and volumes of the RO concentrate, UF backwash, and CIP/Neutralization waste streams.
