McHenry Golf Limited (MGL) specialises in the provision of a diversified range of specialised golf services to start-up as well as to existing golf resorts, be it management to business plans and strategies.It also provides a comprehensive project management service for larger corporate and international golf sporting events such as the recent 3 Irish Open professional golf tournament.In recent years, McHenry Golf spent a considerable amount of time trying to break new ground through the development, promotion and implementation of a new six hole short format golf game (Golf Warriors) for the golf industry. This golf game is exclusively aimed at attracting a younger but more time conscious generation of golfers into or back into the game. It is fun, dynamic and short and makes greater use of social media. • Throughout this period, McHenry Golf Limited presented its ideas and content to amongst others - in Europe, the European Tour, Rory McIlroy and Paul McGinley and in the US to Michael Whan ( CEO of the LPGA), “Chip” Brewer (CEO Callaway Golf), Greg Norman and to The Golf Channel. Outcome A modified version of the game (GolfSixes) was introduced on the European Tour in 2017. The results of that game trialled and measured 1. Saw a 42% increase in new golf fans at the event compared to standard European Tour tournaments. 2. Attendees were also 14% younger than those seen during the rest of the golfing calendar. 3. The event also exceeded the average rate seen at other European Tour tournaments by 24%, delivering over 20 million social impressions.The European Tour has also committed to running a special showcase event during The 2018 Ryder Cup in Paris in order to bring the GolfSixes concept to a global audience.

Chief Executive Officer: Moyvalley Golf Club (The Champions Club) / New Forest Golf Club• Project Manage the Completion of the Moyvalley Golf Course, Clubhouse and Hotel• Create a cohesive strategic business plan which included all aspects of operations for both courses.• Create a legal binding template for the various categories of memberships at both courses.• Create a sales and marketing strategy & budget for both courses.• Hire the relevant staff for the hotel and golf clubhouse.• Create the proper management structure (Finance, HR, Hotel & Spa, Golf, Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, Agronomy, Operations) that ensured best practice was delivered from all departments.• Establish an operations and health & safety manual for both facilities.

Grow the K Club's relationship with the European and the US Tour.Liaise with the Course Superintendant on all matters. Improve the retail potential and presentation of both shops. Improve the staff efficiency, courtesy and visibility both on and off the course
