Singapore

Director of APAC PMO for Citibank (based in Singapore) – Tasked with the creation and implementation of project controls, tools, and templates for both Retail and Corporate Real estate projects to be used throughout the APAC region. Led a team of 5 Project and Cost Management experts throughout the initial 1st year of set up, implementation, and (most importantly) communications with and monitoring of all Citibank Country PM Offices. Once up and running handed the reigns over to the designated PMO Lead to manage day to day operations.

Beijing / North Asia Region

Joined EC Harris as an Equity Partner and retained as Location Leader for Beijing and North China Region to manage day-to-day business operations following the merger of MB Project Management with EC Harris and the recent sale of EC Harris to Arcadis NV. Responsible for overall client satisfaction, planning, operating, finance, business development, HR, training and development, technology, and P&L for location. Managed 6 direct reports and multiple indirect reports. Reported to Regional Head (Hong Kong) and the Group (London, UK).
