Responsibilities • M&A, advisory and equity capital markets transactions for ASX-listed REITS including Stockland, ING Industrial Fund, Galileo Japan Trust and Rubicon Europe.• M&A, advisory, debt and equity capital markets transactions for ASX-listed HFA Holdings in relation to the acquisition of US based Lighthouse Investment Partners.• Preparation and presentation of written and financial reports and proposals for internal and external board and executive committee meetings as well as independent experts. • Preparation and presentation of PDSs, announcements and press releases for external parties including retail and institutional investors, research analysts and brokers. • Consideration, implementation and management of all regulatory / compliance issues including with ASIC, the ASX and other regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities • Establishing and leading a structured real estate business for the Commonwealth Bank.• Responsible for overall strategy for the business including staffing, client origination, deal origination and execution, relationship management and risk management.• Transactions generally undertaken as structured equity / debt / hybrid, optimised around accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.• Structured cross-border acquisition and leaseback of a portfolio of supermarkets to Foodstuffs Wellington (NZ);• Structured equity joint venture between CFS Retail Property Trust and Commonwealth Bank in relation to the Chatswood Chase shopping centre including oversight of asset management, valuations, preparation of financial accounts and the audit process; • IPO financings for a number of ASX-listed REITS;• Structuring and financing a cross-border hotel property acquisition for a leading sovereign wealth fund.

Responsibilities • International and Strategic Business Development: responsible for a broad range of business issues including market research, investment, legal, tax, accounting and compliance aspects of conceiving, structuring, executing and managing investment funds for Macquarie’s global real estate platform, primarily focussed on Asia.• Integral member of the team responsible for developing the strategy behind Macquarie’s now global real estate business.• Preparation and presentation of written and financial reports and proposals for internal and external board and executive committee meetings. • Preparation and presentation of PDSs, announcements and press releases for external parties including institutional investors, research analysts and brokers. • Management of and presentation at equity raising and investor road shows in Australia and internationally including in Asia and the USA.
