Front Office Solutions, a new business line within Northern Trust Corporation, provides a unique portfolio perfomance software solution for Asset Owners, enabling them to enhance their data integration, team collaboration, and investment portfolio analysis. As an officer, I support the Head of Business Management for Front Office Solutions to rapidly scale business operations while mitigating risk. I represent the Head of Business Management in meetings and advise her on our approach regarding risk and control. Annually, I project manage multiple audits covering our business services and technology offering. I partner with senior leaders to ensure that we minimize operational risk for our clients. I also develop and maintain dashboards to measure operational efficiency and control effectiveness.

I analyzed data to find areas where the business could refine it processes, ranging from billing to client management to risk management.

Michelle McKissack made a historic run to become the first woman mayor of Memphis. On the campaign, we reached nearly 200,000 Memphis voters. Michelle did won the most votes of any woman candidate and impacted other candidate's policy positions around public safety and investing in youth.As campaign manager, I managed a team to create and implement our marketing strategy, interface with print and tv media, research and develop policy, organize field operations, and manage operations and filling requirements. My responsibilities included but were not limited to:Strategy – Designed Campaign Strategy to Maximize Outreach per Dollar SpentManagement – Directly Managed a Team of Five across Marketing, Field Operations, Fundraising, PolicyPrincipal Support – Briefed & Staffed the Candidate at Debates & Public/Private EventsFundraising – Managed a Fundraising Team to Raise Nearly $150,000

My team and I successfully re-elected Michelle McKissack for a second term on the Memphis-Shelby County Schools Board. We won in a three person race with a margin of nearly 20 points and carrying every precinct. As campaign manager, I drove strategic operations utilizing a digital first campaign that creating 300,000 impressions to reach voters in a socially distant environment. Our team raised nearly $30,000 in three months to support campaign operations.

The Mayor of Memphis formed a COVID-19 Task Force – a tactical team of three – to create a mass COVID-19 testing program for asymptomatic adults and children in Shelby County Schools (Memphis, TN), employer workplaces, and not-for-profit organizations.As Task Force Coordinator, I developed and implemented our created our marketing strategy, established onsite test collection procedures, and managed multiple testing sites across the city.

Ariel Investments is the first and largest Black-owned asset management firm in the United States. I interned in the Office of the co-CEOs and supported the office in researching speeches for United States Congress, writing memos on potential institutional investors, and serving as the project team lead for the Ariel Community Academy Alumni & Finance Summit.

I served as Campaign Manager for a winning school board candidate, who unseated an 8-year incumbent. During the election season, our team reached 50,000 registered voters within my candidate's district. Our campaign raised $35,000 in the three months leading up to the election.
