Support high potential cohorts including psychometric analysis and management coaching• Provide expert L&D support for senior international managers, including Head of Country, in a wide range of international markets including M&S franchise partners in EMEA• Use DNA (Development Needs Analysis) to design and implement technical and behavioural learning programmes for UK and international markets• Manage Marks & Spencer’s largest national Training Academy in central London, hosting 6000+ delegates per year at a wide variety of learning events.• Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver bespoke learning interventions which meet the needs of a dynamic international business• Lead the introduction of a new role operating in selected international franchise partner structure• Act as a positive ambassador for the M&S brand when working overseas for consultation and delivery of learning programmes• Operate as a national resource to facilitate a broad portfolio of workshops including leadership, coaching, personal development, personal resilience and technical skills.• Lead internal management development programmes across complex central London region of 6000+ colleagues• Deliver outstanding onboarding experience for new managers• Oversee and support national Apprenticeship programmes at Level 2, 3 & 4. Liaise with service providers to ensure an outstanding experience for learners and ROI• Work closely other content designers to ensure continuous development of the learning offer across the whole business• Facilitate Train The Trainer workshops to support cascade of technical and behavioural training
