I am responsible for the day to day running and management of a caseload of Apprentice and skills for work Joiners and Engineers. I help on many fronts including pastorally and engaging and liaising with Employers and companies to help find suitable placements and employment for young people. One day per week I manage the very busy Training office in Downpatrick looking after staff and trainees.

I am an experienced history teacher who has taught throughout the key stages from key stage 1 through to A level. I have vast experience of planning and delivering schemes of work, classroom management and working with children and young adults with a wide variety of learning difficulties. I also have huge experience in assessing and setting work within the classroom. I have taught throughout the key stages and am well versed in the delivery of the National Curriculum.
