Developed and administered annual engineering operating budget. Lead Project Controls function following the explosion and fire in the utility section of a major production facility and assisted in a very successful $50 million six-month redesign and rebuild effort. Following project execution, prepared full documentation to successfully defend business and property insurance claims. -

Successfully reversed a $6 million disposal cost to create an additional annual revenue stream of $2 million for the joint venture. Integrated a strong costing, analytical, and planning background with extensive customer interface, sales proposal development and presentation, and contract negotiations to pursue a new business venture.
