Responsible for legal support to Sikorsky's Marine Corps programs, including the development, testing, and production of the CH-53K and VH-92A platforms.

As General Counsel for Sikorsky's GMSS line of business, I am responsible for legal matters in connection with Sikorsky's direct commercial sales of aircraft to its international military customers. My responsibilities include legal support from business development through contract award, program execution, and aircraft delivery.

As Senior Counsel for International Trade Compliance (ITC), I am responsible for import and export compliance across Sikorsky’s sustainment operations. These operations include ongoing support to U.S. Government, commercial and International Military customers operating over 7,000 Sikorsky aircraft worldwide. Sikorsky’s ITC function ensures the company adheres to the requirements of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), U.S. Customs and other applicable agencies.
