LAW PRACTICE; John McQuiston is an experienced commercial litigator and business counselor. He is is general counsel to two e-commerce companies, a trade association, and a large retail company. He has been named as one of the top 100 lawyers in Tennessee, one of the top 50 lawyers in the three-state Mid-South region, and one of the 15 best business litigators in Memphis. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell for decades,he has been listed in the prestigious publication The Best Lawyers In America for over 20 years for commercial litigation, and he was selected by Super Lawyers for "bet the company" business litigation. He graduated from Rhodes College in 1965, U.S. Naval Justice School in 1969 with honors, and Vanderbilt University (J.D.) in 1968 (Order of the Coif).
