•Process and audit approx. 1500 travel card statements per year for all employees utilizing the state purchasing card.•Process and audit all travel expense vouchers for approx. 180 transient employees and 71 full-time employees•Reconcile all weekly charges on two central billing accounts •Pay all shipping invoices for NCBRT and reconcile charges with correct sponsored program accounts•Process payroll for approx. 180 transient employees and over 30 contingent and student workers•Manage all training requirements for NCBRT employees and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate with LSU
