Responsible for all aspects of transactions including deal sourcing, analysis, negotiation, due diligence, closing and integration with all company operating departments. • Closed over $12 billion of loan funding in 47 separate transactions while serving as the primary point of contact for maintaining lender relationships. Responsible for all aspects of transactions including potential loan sizing, lender bid process, document negotiation, lender due diligence and closing. • Led the internal financial analysis team for Douglas Emmett's initial public offering. Responsible for creating and updating financial projection model, consolidated portfolio data presentation and closing logistics for $1.6 billion initial public offering, at the time the largest REIT IPO ever. Coordinated with external investment banking team in preparation of SEC filings (S-11), and for buy-side and sell-side analyst due diligence.• Managed the entitlement (E.I.R.) and design process for 34-story, 376-unit apartment project in Los Angeles and 475-unit apartment project in Honolulu. Engaged and oversaw architects, engineers, traffic and other project consultants. • Responsible for integrating property operations for new transactions with all company operating departments which led to involvement in property budgeting, lease negotiation, accounting review, asset management and investor relations.
