UK Technology owner for P&G Avaya PABX. Overall responsibility for Call Centre, Telephony & Voice Mail services to over 1000 employees at P&G’s Cobalt Park site in Newcastle.North UK Technology owner for Ericsson PABX. Management of PABX’s at the following P&G sites: Harrogate, Longbenton, Seaton Delaval.IT Site Leader & Project Manager for P&G Newcastle Technical Centre.
