As the CCO of LeapForward, I tapped into my extensive experience in personal injury healthcare and rehabilitation services to empower clients, guide product development and implement strategies that lead to the generation of product-market fit and initial business growth. LeapForward is the product of more than two decades of expertise. It uses evidence-based holistic programming in the convenience of an app to help people recover from injury and illness, return to work and get more out of life. The six-week program gives users one-on-one coaching through powerful AI, delivering psychosocial support to complement existing healthcare, leading the way in the crossover between HealthTech and InsurTech. I’m proud to have earned a reputation for being an attentive and solutions-focused partner to LeapForward's stakeholders as a key member of the executive during the first two years of go-to-market.

After joining in July 2015 to drive the NSW expansion of operations following the business’ migration over from WA, I was promoted through to Regional Manager – Eastern States in August 2017 and then ultimately General Manager in October 2019, following a period of sustained hyper-growth including expansion to every state/ territory and personal injury jurisdiction in the country, and wide-ranging diversification of services into Life Insurance and, in particular, Mental Health services.With a distinct focus on best-practice rehabilitation interventions amalgamating biopsychosocial principles, person-centricity, and direct support and facilitation of recovery-at-work process, I eventually oversaw > 100 FTE delivering reputable services widely recognised as industry-leading, built on foundations of a remarkable culture of togetherness and purpose.With a heavy heart and indescribable levels of contentedness and gratitude, I decided to move on from the organisation in late 2019 to explore opportunities in the digital health landscape.
