I like to think that working across many different areas of the personal injury and rehabilitation industry has given me a uniquely in-depth understanding of the end-user and a sincere drive to have a meaningful impact on people’s recovery, health and life through scalable services.From Exercise Physiologist to C-suite executive, over the course of my career I have increasingly seen first-hand how lifestyle-lead interventions that address physical and mental health factors concurrently and in an empowering way lead to far better short and long-term outcomes for people who have been out of work due to injury or illness.While the time I spent working with clients on their rehabilitation shaped my person-centric approach to delivering healthcare, moving into operational and ultimately executive leadership roles has allowed me to harness my experience to improve service delivery, lead and mentor teams and drive business growth.Currently completing my Master of Digital Health through La Trobe University, driving innovation in health services particularly through digital health transformation is both my job and my passion.
