I work with businesses from corporate to non-profit, to smash the stigma which prevents us from speaking about mental health issues. Mental health issues are in every business from organized sports, law firms, property management companies to the medical field, I educate employers on how to spot these issues and how to treat them, making a stronger work environment. When I started being a speaker on Mental Health in 2002, I knew that if I could make a difference to one person my mission was solid.
