As the director over all commercial nuclear and fossil maintenance, decommissioning, and project contracts, I am responsible for all capital and O&M project operations and SBU growth within the power sector. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, operations management including safety and human performance programs, conducting audits and project assessments, providing oversight of staffing management (professional and craft labor), strategic project planning and schedule development and adherence, conduct quality compliance audits, tracking productivity and performance, cost control and budget management within a set budget, subcontractor selection and management, site personnel training and qualifications to comply with project requirements, equipment management and demands, and client and labor relations to include, supporting BD with new client management, proposals, estimating, and contract negations.

Transition Site Manager form the Entergy fleet to the Exelon fleet at James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Station. As the Transition Site Manager, I was responsible for all per-outage planning, scheduling, hiring, and implementation. I completed the last refueling outage under Entergy and assisted in the transition to the Exelon fleet. I assumed the role of Regional Director over the 3 Exelon nuclear sites in upstate New York, James A. Fitzpatrick, Nine Mile Point, and Ginna NGS. As the Regional Director, I provided oversight to 3 operating nuclear sits maintaining 4 reactors. Responsibilities included but not limited to client relations, project oversight, contract management, client and labor relations, staffing, schedule oversight, and cost control within a provided online and outage budgets. Duties included mentoring, and leading management and supervision to perform maintenance and project work under budget and within set schedules, while maintaining a “zero injury” safety program.

Responsible for management of the Master Service Agreement for the OPPD fleet sites in the state of Nebraska. In this position, I was responsible for client and labor relations within a new fleet to the company. The position included implementation of company polices to a new work force while working with the client to adopt industry leading processes. I conducted audits within the fleet assessing project and outage scopes of work, staffing, schedule adherence, and cost control within a provided budget. Duties included performance of maintenance and project work under budget and within a set schedule, while maintaining a “zero injury” safety program.

Responsible for project management, contract management, client and labor relations, staffing, schedule adherence, and cost control within a provided budget. Duties include coaching, mentoring, and leading supervision to perform maintenance and project work under budget and within schedule, while maintaining a “zero injury” safety program. In this position, I supported the Entergy Nuclear fleet at Indian Point Energy Center where I lead the site maintenance and project work through 3 refueling outages and 1 forced transformer replacement outage. I also fulfilled the role of Site Manager during 2 (JAF) James A. Fitzpatrick refueling outages and conducted outage assessments at Palisades NGS and ANO NGS.

Responsible for labor relations, contract management, staffing, schedule adherence, and cost control with annual budgets ranging from 36 million to 88 million. I mentored staff/supervision to perform maintenance and project work under budget and within a set schedule, while maintaining a “zero injury” safety program.
