These motivators are - Autonomy, Mastery and Sense of Purpose. Autonomy is the ability, within reason and when earned, to run your business and schedule as you see fit. Mastery - Continuous learning is a never ending goal. Those individuals who are willing to try new strategies generally are happier with their career, less likely to burnout and they make more money. Sense of Purpose - Of course, everyone in sales wants to make gobs of money. At the same time, we can help business owners exceed their goals, and hire more employees.
