Working in the plasics processing department maintaining and repairing 18 Arburg plastic injection molding machines. I was responsible for all maintainenance according to FDA regulations, part ordering/stocking, machine modifications deemed necessary for production of cardiac surgical devices. I was responsible for for all auxilliary equipment to include water treatment towers, air systems, vacuum system, water chillers, mold temperature controllers, and various proprietary tooling systems.

These were built using blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams to specific detail for assembly and quality for delivery to plants in the United States and the United Kingdom .
