I have 20 years’ experience in the mining, engineering, petrochemical industries. I have managed underground contracts and asset recovery projects in the platinum and gold mining industries, I pride myself on the ability to establish maintain and implement cost saving initiatives with long term customer benefits. I am intensely service oriented and capable of a high work load. I am not affected by distance or travel. I have negotiated on all levels from foreman to Director level at Anglo Platinum. I am extremely passionate, with above normal negotiation skills, and have the ability to see my customers’ needs first. I learn and adapt quickly which enables me to embrace change and run with it. I work well in small and large groups and am an active participant and not afraid to take charge.
