I have 20 years’ experience in the mining, engineering, petrochemical industries. I have managed underground contracts and asset recovery projects in the platinum and gold mining industries, I pride myself on the ability to establish maintain and implement cost saving initiatives with long term customer benefits. I am intensely service oriented and capable of a high work load. I am not affected by distance or travel. I have negotiated on all levels from foreman to Director level at Anglo Platinum. I am extremely passionate, with above normal negotiation skills, and have the ability to see my customers’ needs first. I learn and adapt quickly which enables me to embrace change and run with it. I work well in small and large groups and am an active participant and not afraid to take charge. I am a natural born leader; my passion has as always been about results, which my proven track record will testify to.I pay keen interest in my competitions movement, market position and strategies, always keeping my finger on the pulse of business.
