Learnt the art of Project Execution & Management, Operations, People Management, Cross Functional Collaborative working, External Networking, making Business Growth Strategy and Implementing with the teams. External certification programs from IIM, Ahmedabad on Project Management, Henley Business School, UK on Leadership Program and several internal programs on leadership, other skills development enhanced my professional and leadership skills.Successfully executed several projects and innovative solutions that helped customers across Mining and Cement Industry to commence new production lines, upgrade capacities on time and enhance productivity. My transformational experience came when I stepped into Mining Customer Service business. I saw the needs and challenges of this big Industry and started thinking deeply how FLSmidth with its strong expertise in Mining can help Customers to address their critical needs. I started engaging closely with customers and motivated the teams to think innovative and be proactive in supporting customers."Thinking big, innovative and future focused centered on Customers and People" was a big shift and discovered new ways of working. Shared vision, an agile and ownership driven mindset was all that I tried to impart on people. I could see the teams demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and was daring to explore new pathways.
