The main responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to assisting with the data capture and maintenance for the sales support database including researching, updating and compiling corporate information such as project profiles, CVs and other standard materials for proposals and improvement of database.

This role was responsible in taking care of customers' personal banking such as Bank Account, Credit cards, Security and Personal Internet Banking.

This role is responsible in supervising the operations team, ensuring key performance metrics is being met. Analyze the team and individual performance and develop action plan to improve efficiency and team performance.

This position implements and documents the quality initiatives and programs, ensuring that established standards are being maintained. Functions as the team’s POC in absence of the Operations Manager and Supervisor. Handles quality calibration calls internal and with the client.

In charge of processing the Job advertisement for different companies that is in need of a certain applicant and post it to the client’s job portal / website.
