- We are conducting an investigation aimed at knowing the cause of hard drive disk failure giving feedback on the problem to our Japanese support, and creating an effective countermeasure that can enhance and improve product quality.- 1st level of failure analysis: analyzing with or without a physical drive by checking its parameters for abnormalities to identify the potential causes of failure.- 2nd level of failure analysis: inspecting the actual drive and subjecting it to non-destructive measurements/ testing using failure analysis tools and equipment in order to determine the symptoms and identify the failure phenomenon.

- Handling and caring for books in the library - cleaning and wiping the dust around the bookshelves. - Guiding and teaching junior high school students how to use the computer at the computer laboratory. - Answering 20+ queries and concerns per day from students - calls, emails, and the school library website.
