John-Michael Johnson, Mba, Chc is a Vice President, Business Development at Hernandez Consulting & Construction. Colleagues describe them as "I’ve known John Michael since just after moving to New Orleans in late 2016. At the time, John-Michael was leading HCC’s Pre-construction efforts. Several individuals in my social circle had spoken highly of him, and the company he was helping to lead. When I found myself looking for my next challenge in 2019, I looked him up. Luckily for me, we’ve been working together ever since. I’ve not had many bosses. I’ve also been fortunate to have had almost exclusively EXCELLENT leadership in my career with few exceptions. John-Michael stands at the very top of that class. His clear directives and simple shorthand have enabled more productivity than I’ve ever experienced in my current field. I’m fortunate to be involved In both the B.D. and Marketing sides of HCC, and John Michael has given me valuable insights into both during our weekly collaborative meetings. Thanks to his background in project management, I’ve been able to rely on his supreme grasp of the particulars of a project to put our potential clients at ease.
