was going to remodel and turn a abandoned Asian buffet restaurant in to a classic diner. everything one could imagine was up to me, from cleaning to vendor meeting to getting friend to help with paint and debris removal to interior design. it never came to pass due to the building owner not wanting to repair a leaking roof, it was a great learning tool when it came to experiencing the local business climate and it views on labor and local demographics.
