Under direction of controller, I was responsible for auditing customer accounts and internal accounts for accuracy and to discover suspicious activity, managing ACH receipts from customers, monitoring bank activity in trust account, monitoring daily renewals so accounts aren’t lost, collected funds on past due accounts, monitored cancellation notices from insurance carriers, created and sent out invoices for our customers, paid insurance carriers in behalf of our customers, performed bank reconciliations, Completed the daily deposit, and fulfilled any other role that the company needed me to fulfill.

Gathered information for project billing, created invoices for clients, performed audits on accounts to make sure all payments have been received, all costs had been captured, all items had been billed, all suspicious activity accounted for or addressed, and made sure all payments had been made to vendors, entered and coded payments into accounting system, kept accurate records on status of all open accounts and performed bank reconciliations.
