• Reports to Head of Engineering• Performs as a Team Lead for strategic customer accounts like Oil & Gas, Logistics, Chemical and Mining with ability to ensure total customer satisfaction.• Resolves customer critical escalations, potentially service impacting issues which require broad and deep level of advanced technical knowledge and expertise on GPS fleet tracking devices with fuel monitoring, temperature monitoring, CANbus (J1939 Protocol) and mobile digital video recorder (mDVR); as well as web-based application that monitors fleets “live” on real time map.• Collaborates with Engineering team and product developers in root cause analysis, tracking progress and prioritizing bug reports through the use of Atlassian JIRA as proprietary ticketing system.• Attends daily scrum meetings with Engineering team from requirements phase to deployment phase.• Leads and represents Support and Sales team in products and services discussion for new and existing customers in Singapore and overseas (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Nigeria, New Zealand and Europe).• Mentors local and international technicians and support engineers.
